A British Airways Boeing 747-436, arriving at Cardiff International Airport for a maintenance input at British Airways Maintenance Cardiff; BA's heavy maintenance facility. The aircraft is shown during its landing roll-out on a wet runway, with the lift dumpers and engine thrust reversers deployed. Due to the nature of the operation of thrust reversers, air is thrown forward and is re-ingested into the engines, this is more dramatic on a wet runway. It is painted on Bockingford 300lb rough paper,  using Windsor & Newton artists quality paints. The painting, framed with oak and a double champagne mount, measures 110cm x 80cm. This painting is on display in the National Museum of Wales, Turner Gallery, Penarth.
